Over the years, we’ve built more than 100 homes, and nearly all of them are still owned by the people who bought them new. To us, that says everything. It means we’re building homes people want to stay in, not flip or walk away from.
We’re constantly pushing to build smarter—finding efficiencies that improve the process without compromising quality, and then sharing those savings with our customers. We believe in spending money where it matters. We’re not driven by cutting corners, and when a homeowner has a reasonable request, we make every effort to accommodate it.
We work with skilled, trusted subcontractors and value the long-term relationships that make consistency and quality possible. Above all, we believe great homes are built in the details. We pay attention to the small things, because those are what separate a good house from a great one.
